RELOOK promotes the dissemination of knowledge on sustainable development goals and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices, focusing on practical actions and closely aligning with the needs for sustainable transformation talents and management changes. It explores new possibilities for exchanges, practices, careers, and business development, nurturing a new generation of leaders with sustainable leadership for the future.

Founder & CEO
Ms Zoe Zhao is a social entrepreneur. She founded RELOOK, and is responsible for strategic planning and business service design. Before that, she worked at the Family and Youth Innovation Center of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and engaged in the development and evaluation of positive youth development projects.
She is the Deputy Secretary General of The GreaterBay Area Carbon Neutrality Association, Vice President of the Mainland Affairs Committee of Hong Kong Quality and Talent Migrants Association, a Member of Shenzhen Nanshan District Youth Federation, and an Off-campus Entrepreneuriamentor of Guangxi Normal University. In addition, she also served as a consultant for several social enterprises in Mainland China.
She has been awarded the Chinese Social Enterprise Youth U35, Forbes China U30, and China Charity Fair New Leaders of Public Welfare.

Lexie Chen

As the head of product development, she has used design-thinking to develop courses and workshops for young people to experience and learn about sustainable development, which have attracted 3,230 participants. At the same time, by training young people in design-thinking and enabling them to design social innovation projects, nearly 120 projects in the fields of education equity, mental health, low-carbon environmental protection and gender equality have been successfully implemented.
As former senior brand planning manager of Tencent Home, she independently completed many more than one million brand planning projects, with brand communication strategy planning, market research, user research, brand activity planning.
As former senior operation director of OOLA waste recycling app, she led and completed the user portrait with design-thinking so that successfully created a series of public welfare themed brand activities. And she provided innovative brand communication support for nearly 100 public welfare projects.
And as member of the founding team of Guangzhou branch of ABC Good Society Consulting Agency，she has contributed management consulting solutions such as business strategy transformation, human resource system construction and project design to many public welfare organizations.At the same time, she had been the chief author of research articles such as "Performance + Salary Double Drive to Improve the Human Resource Efficiency of Social Service Institutions", and participated in the writing of research articles such as "Using concentric Circles to Create Systematic Project Design".
